I was at the point that my breathing was so compromised by nasal polyps. I had difficulty sleeping as well. Dr Salvador arranged a nasal scan at Eisenhower as well as an allergy test. He is thorough and explained everything to me. Not only did he prescribe DUPLIXENT but gave me hope that I would be able to breathe normally. I wish him well in his future endeavors. Dr. Salvador was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained every step of the process. The cost, however, was over the top. I paid $75.00, which was 20% of the cost of $375.00.

I was trying to change my appointment and called the office. Rang and rang and no answer 2 times. Looked for a different number and got thru. Was able to cancel my April
appointment but not set a new one. Very frustrating.

I was seeing within 15 minutes of my appt time. Took my hearing test. Went over the results with the doctor, was told I needed hearing aids and to go upstairs and make an appointment. I went to make my appointment they were not busy when I arrived and asked me if I had time now we could do it. It was great service, doctor there again went over my test results. He showed me the improvements I would benefit from by getting hearing aids. They will be ready in 16 days
That was a win win for me.

The office staff is wonderful, efficient, and very kind. Dr. Torabi is amazing and compassionate. He is an excellent ENT. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of an ENT.

The staff is always professional, courteous, and helpful. The staff that administered the tests for allergies were as written above. Dr. Torabi took his time and offered several options, sketching out procedures available and making recommendations, along with the reasons for his suggestions. My experience has been that most physicians don't take the time with these suggestions, he is unique and worthy of his degree(s) and professionalism. It was obvious that he cares about his patients, and their needs. I am taking him up on his suggestion.
