I normally don't do surveys but when I get BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE I think it's very important that I do so that they know they are not only appreciated but valued for their 5 star service...I called their office on Wednesday afternoon with my daughters symptoms and concerns where they realized we needed to get her in ASAP after been seen at the ER, dentist office and her primary doctor to the specialist Dr. Torabi...he jumped into action and now my daughter can hear, her pain went from a 10 is now a 1-2 and can get a full 8hrs sleep.
I want to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE that played a part in her care and forever grateful for the receptionist that listened to my concerns and came back with an appt to be seen the next day.

Dr Salvador is an excellent ENT doctor. He discovered a condition and directed me to a specialist
To start a recovery. He explains what he discovers in an easily understandable manner. I am fortunate to have located him after moving to the desert from New Mexico.
